Phil has spent his entire life working in the landscaping and property maintenance industry. From a young age, he honed his skills alongside his father, learning the value of hard work, precision, and pride in a job well done. Together, they founded Red Beard Maintenance with a shared vision of providing reliable, high-quality outdoor services to their community.

In 2024, Phil’s father passed away—a tremendous personal loss. Since then, Phil has carried the business forward with dedication, honouring his father's legacy by continuing to serve clients with the same integrity and attention to detail they built the company on. Under Phil’s leadership, Red Beard Maintenance remains committed to excellence, family values, and community care.
